Why Disability Equality and the Law training?
All companies must be compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and any company contracting or providing IAG or services to a statutory body must also be fully aware of the Disability Equality Duty.
The management or directors/trustees are liable for any contravention of the law and subsequent consequences brought about by an employee or volunteer. This can have serious consequences and in some cases has lead to bankruptcy.
All organisations/businesses wishing to tender for statutory contracts must have up to date Equality and Diversity policies and have staff training in place.

D'ArtE CIC is a Community Interest Company consisting of people with a personal background and knowledge of disabilities and mental health issues and marginalised communities. Training is delivered by fully qualified staff (Dip.Ed./M.A), who have, themselves been the recipients of discrimination, which has given them a unique advantage in this fields of training.

Ongoing Information Advice and Guidance
The cost for the programme' is £1,500 ex VAT
